Prima di iniziare a utilizzare la macchina effettuare i seguenti controlli:
Il rubinetto vapore (dis.1 M) è chiuso
L’interruttore di accensione (dis. 1 J) è sulla posizione 0
(spento)
La spina elettrica della macchina non è inserita
La bacinella di scarico e relativa griglia (dis. 1 E) sono corretta-
mente posizionate
Ora procedere come segue:
Togliere il coperchio del serbatoio dalla bacinella scaldatazze
(dis. 1 A)
Estrarre il serbatoio e lavarlo accuratamente. La pulizia del ser-
batoio è molto importante. Questa operazione va ripetuta tutti i
giorni.
Riempire il serbatoio con acqua fresca potabile (se necessario)
addolcita, per ¾ della capienza
Inserire il serbatoio nella sua sede evitando la fuoriuscita di ac-
qua.
Rimettere il coperchio del serbatoio dalla bacinella scaldatazze
(dis. 1 A).
Nota: E’ possibile che nella fase di estrazione/inserimento del serbatoio
si formi una bolla d’aria nel collettore posto alla base del serbatoio. In
questo caso la spia di accensione lampeggia nonostante la presenza di
acqua nel serbatoio. E’ necessario sollevare leggermente il serbatoio e
riposizionarlo in modo da permettere la fuoriuscita della eventuale bolla
d’aria nel collettore.
Inserire la spina della corrente
Posizionare l’interruttore di accensione (dis. 1 - J) sulla posi-
zione 1 (=acceso) ed aprire il rubinetto vapore girando verso
sinistra la relativa manopola (dis. 1 M). Inizia il caricamento
acqua in caldaia (si sente il rumore della pompa).
Quando la caldaia e’ correttamente caricata, il rumore della
pompa finisce. Chiudere il rubinetto vapore girando verso
destra la relativa manopola (dis. 1 M) .

A. Cups tray. Do never pour any liquid on this tray! It will filter inside
the equipment and can cause electrical shocks and serious injuries.

B. Touchpad
C. Hot water wand. Can become hot and cause burns. Caution!
D. Filter holder. Its metal parts can become hot and cause burns. Cau-
tion!
E. Drip tray and grid: Attention: clean and empty often
F. Brewing head’s (or group’s) progressive infusion piston. Unloads
hot water into drip tray once brewing process is terminated. Caution: its
metal parts can become very hot and cause serious burns. Attention to
hot water flow coming out beneath after brewing process is terminated!
G. Red control lamp “Machine on with direct water connection” .
H. Green control lamp “Voltage”, if flashing check the tank water level.
I. Steam wand. Can become hot and cause burns. Caution!
J. Machine’s on/off switch. Position “0” = off; position “1” = on.
K. Boiler pressure gauge.
L. Brewing head. Can become hot and cause burns. Caution!
Steam valve handle: Turn left to open steam; turn right to shut. Do not
touch the back of the handle: can become hot ant cause burns. Caution!
