DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The device consists of the following main components:

STARTING UP / QUICK GUIDE
This quick guide helps practised users to start the device in a few steps. For detailed start-up
instructions, please consult the next chapter.
5. The descaler cartridge (15) is works-fitted. Please check that it
is firmly screwed on (5.) (6.).
To change the descaler cartridge (15), unpack a new one and
firmly screw it onto the tank lid (14).
6. The «Silver Cube» (20) is works-fitted (more details on page 17).
7. Screw the tank cover with cartridge firmly onto the tank.
8. Turn the tank upside down and check for water leakage.
9. Install the tank, and you should hear a bubbling sound (water
collector filling).
10. Insert the power plug (you should hear and see a power-on
signal).
11. As soon as the water collector is completely full, the red sym-
bol in the middle of the display goes out. The humidifier is now
ready to use.
12. Press the left hand key to switch on the humidifier and start
mist dispersion.
13. Set the desired humidity (45-75 % rel.) by repeatedly pressing
the key .We recommend 40 - 60 %. The humidity setting is au-
tomatically monitored («Auto» light). Set «CO» for continuous op-
eration without humidity monitoring, but this may cause excess
humidity if used too often.
14. Set the desired misting quantity (3 stages) by repeatedly press-
ing the middle key Turn the mist nozzle on top into the room.
15. Press the key to dim the LED light. Press again to switch it to
maximum brightness.
16. Press the timer key repeatedly to activate the automatic
shutdown time in hours. «0:00» switches the timer off again.

1. Place the humidifier on a stable and watertight surface, never
on a carpet or parquet floor.
2. Hold the water tank firmly by the handle (10) and pull it up-
ward.
3. Turn the tank upside down. Unscrew and remove the tank lid
(14).
4. Fill the tank with 5.5 litres (1.45 US gallons) of cold water.
