Démontage du déviateur fixe
Enlever le nez du déviateur fixe en
maintenant les éléments en vermiculite
[photos 1 et 2].
Raccordement au conduit
- Tirer le raccord dans son logement
au moyen de la barre fournie avec le
raccord [photo 3].
- Fixer au moyen des 3 vis M8 (clé de
13).
Remontage des déviateurs
- Remettre en place les vermiculites
constituant le déviateur fixe suivant
schéma 4 ; elles doivent buter de
chaque côté sous l’ergot métallique
[photos 2-a et 5-a] ; les solidariser
avec le nez métallique ; bien vérifier
que l’aile la plus longue se trouve en
haut [photos 2-b et 4-b].
- Introduire le déviateur articulé entre
son pivot [d] et le nez du déviateur
fixe puis accrocher [schéma 6].
- Ré-introduire la biellette [photo 7],
côté chanfreiné (à droite sur la photo)
vers l’avant du foyer. Introduire les 2
côtés dans les boutonnières ; s’assurer
que le dispositif fonctionne bien : le
déviateur articulé se referme quand
on ferme la porte.

Demontage van de vaste omleidings-
plaat
Verwijder de neus van de vaste
omleidingsplaat terwijl u de elementen in
vermiculiet vasthoudt [foto’s 1 en 2].
Aansluiting op het rookkanaal
- Trek het verbindingsstuk in de daartoe
voorziene plaats door middel van de
met het stuk geleverde baar [foto 3].
- Bevestig met de 3 schroeven M8
(sleutel maat 13).
- Laat het stalen baar zitten zodat de
schoorsteenveger nooit per ongeluk
de vermiculietplaten kan breken bij
het vegen vanaf bovenaf
Hermonteren van de omleidingsplaten
- Plaats de vermiculietplaten van de
vaste omleidingsplaat terug volgens
schema 4 ; ze moeten aan elke kant
steunen onder de metalen pin [foto’s
2-a en 5-a] ; aansluiten op de metalen
neus; zie erop toe dat de langste
vleugel zich bovenaan bevindt [foto’s
2-b en 4-b].
- Breng de scharnierende omleidings-
plaat aan tussen zijn hengsel [d] en de
neus van de vaste omleidingsplaat en
haak vast [schema 6].
- Breng opnieuw de drijfstang aan
[foto 7], schuine kant (rechts op de
foto) naar de voorkant van de haard.
Plaats de 2 kanten in de inkepingen ;
controleer de goede werking van
de installatie: de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat sluit zich weer
wanneer men de deur sluit.
Smontaggio del deviatore fisso
Togliere la punta del deviatore fisso
sostenendo gli elementi in vermiculite
[foto 1 e 2].
Collegamento al condotto
- Tirare il raccordo nel suo
alloggiamento per mezzo della barra
fornita assieme al raccordo [foto 3].
- Fissarlo utilizzando le 3 viti M8
(chiave n° 13).
Rimontaggio dei deviatori
- Riposizionare gli elementi in
vermiculite che compongono il
deviatore fisso secondo lo schema
4; questi devono puntellare da ogni
lato sotto il perno metallico [foto 2-a
e 5-a] ; renderli solidali con la punta
metallica e verificare che la parte più
lunga sia in alto [foto 2-b e 4-b].
- Inserire il deviatore articolato tra il
suo perno [d] e la punta del deviatore
fisso, quindi agganciarlo [schema 6].
- Reinserire la bielletta [foto 7], lato
smussato (a destra sulla foto) verso
la parte frontale del focolare. Inserire
i 2 lati negli occhielli. Verificare che il
dispositivo funzioni correttamente : il
deviatore articolato si richiude quando
si chiude la porta.
Desmontaje del desviador fijo
Retire el borde del desviador fijo
sujetando los elementos de vermiculita
[fotos 1 y 2].
Conexión al conducto
- Coloque el acoplamiento en su
alojamiento por medio de la barra
suministrada con el acoplamiento
[foto 3].
- Fíjelo por medio de 3 tornillos M8
(llave del 13).
Reposición de los desviadores
- Vuelva a colocar en su lugar las
vermiculitas que forman el desviador
fijo siguiendo el esquema 4 ; deben
estar a tope en ambos extremos bajo
el saliente metálico [fotos 2-a y 5-a] ;
unirlas firmemente al borde metálico,
comprobando que la aleta más larga
se encuentre arriba [fotos 2-b y 4-b].
- Introduzca el desviador articulado
entre su pivote [d] y el borde del
desviador fijo y engánchelo [esquema
6].
- Reponga la bieleta [foto 7] con el lado
achaflanado [a la derecha de la foto]
hacia la parte delantera del hogar.
Introduzca los dos lados en los encajes
y asegúrese de que el dispositivo
funciona bien : el desviador articulado
debe cerrarse al cerrar la puerta.

Ligação à conduta
- Puxe a união na sua sede com a barra
fornecida com a união [fotografia 3].
- Fixe-a com 3 parafusos M8

Remontagem dos deflectores
- Reinstale as vermiculites que
constituem o deflector fixo de acordo
com esquema 4. As vermiculites
devem encostar dos dois lados à
cavilha metálica [fotografias 2 - a e
5 - a]. Una-as à ponta metálica.
A asa mais longa deve encontrar-se
por cima [fotografias 2-b e 4-b].
- Introduza o deflector articulado entre
o seu eixo [d] e a ponta do deflector
fixo, depois engate-o [esquema 6].
- Reintroduza a biela [fotografia 7],
com o lado arredondado (à direita,
na fotografia) voltado para a frente
do recuperador. Introduza os dois
lados nos orifícios e assegure-se de
que o dispositivo funciona bem : o
deflector articulado fecha-se quando
se fecha a porta.
Removal of the fixed deflector
- remove the nose of the fixed deflector
while holding the vermiculite elements
[pics 1 & 2].
Connecting to the flue
- Pull the connecting part in its housing
using the rod supplied with the
connecting part [pic. 3].
- Fix with three M8 screws (# 13
spanner).
Reassembling the deflectors
- Reposition the vermiculite panels of
the fixed deflector following diagram
4 ; they should abut on either side
under the metal lug [pics 2-a & 5-a] ;
join them with the metal nose and
check that the longest wing is above
[pics 2-b & 4-b].
- Slide the articulated deflector between
its pivot [d] and the nose of the fixed
deflector then hang [diagram 6].
- Refit the rod [pic. 7], with its
chamfered side (on the right in
the picture) towards the front of
the stove. Slide both sides into the
buttonholes; make sure it works
properly : the articulated deflector
should close as the door is being shut.
