Raccordement au conduit de
fumées de l’intérieur du foyer
Pour accéder à la sortie de fumée
de l’intérieur du foyer, il y a lieu de
démonter les éléments déviateurs de
fumée [schémas 1 et 2] : le déviateur
fixe en vermiculite [a] et le déviateur
métallique articulé [b]. En fonctionnement
normal celui-ci prolonge le déviateur fixe
obligeant ainsi les gaz à le contourner par
le haut [schéma 1]. Quand on ouvre la
porte pour le rechargement, le déviateur
articulé bascule vers le bas et ouvrant
ainsi aux gaz une voie plus large et plus
directe au conduit de fumée [schéma 2].
Donc moins de risques de refoulement.
Démontage du déviateur articulé
- Soulever la biellette pour la sortir de
ses boutonnières [photos 3 et 4],
pousser le déviateur articulé pour
libérer la tête de la biellette ; enlever la
biellette.
- Basculer le déviateur vers l’avant
[schéma 5] puis le pousser vers
l’arrière pour le décrocher de ses
pivots [schéma 6].

Aansluiting op het rookkanaal
vanuit de binnenkant van de
haard
Om toegang te krijgen tot de
rookuitlaat vanuit de binnenkant van
de haard, moeten de elementen van
de rookomleiding [schema’s 1 en
2] gedemonteerd worden : de vaste
omleidingsplaat in vermiculiet [a] en de
scharnierende metalen omleidingsplaat
[b]. Bij normale werking verlengt deze
de vaste omleidingsplaat waardoor de
gassen errond circuleren naar boven toe
[schema 1]. Bij het openen van de deur
om bij te laden, kantelt de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat naar beneden en geeft
zo de gassen een grotere en directere
doorgang tot het rookkanaal [schema 2].
Dus minder risico op terugslag.
Demontage van de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat
- Til de drijfstang op om ze uit haar
inkepingen te verwijderen [foto’s
3 en 4], duw de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat om de kop van de
stang vrij te maken ; verwijder de
stang.
- Kantel de omleidingsplaat naar voren
[schema 5] en duw deze dan naar
achter om hem uit zijn hengsels te
haken [schema 6].
Collegamento alla canna
fumaria dall’interno del
focolare
Per accedere all’uscita fumi dall’interno
del focolare si dovranno smontare i
deviatori dei fumi [schema 1 e 2] : il
deviatore fisso in vermiculite [a] e il
deviatore metallico articolato [b].
A regime normale, questo prolunga
il deviatore fisso costringendo i fumi
ad aggirarlo dall’alto [schema 1].
Quando si apre la porta per la ricarica,
il deviatore articolato si ribalta verso il
basso favorendo così ai fumi un accesso
più largo e diretto alla canna fumaria
[schema 2], con meno rischi di un ritorno
dei fumi.
Smontaggio del deviatore articolato
- Sollevare la bielletta per farla uscire
dagli occhielli [foto 3 e 4] e spingere
il deviatore articolato per liberare la
testa della bielletta rimuovendola.
- Ribaltare il deviatore in avanti
[schema 5], quindi spingerlo verso
la parte posteriore per staccarlo
dai suoi perni [schema 6].

humos del interior del
hogar
Para acceder a la salida de humos del
interior del hogar es preciso desmontar
los elementos desviadores de humos
[esquemas 1 y 2] : el desviador fijo de
vermiculita [a] y el desviador metálico
articulado [b]. En funcionamiento normal,
este último prolonga el desviador fijo,
obligando así a los gases a rodearlo por
arriba [esquema 1]. Cuando se abre
la puerta para la recarga, el desviador
articulado bascula hacia abajo y abre
así a los gases una vía más ancha y más
directa hacia el conducto de humos
[esquema 2] con lo que hay menor riesgo
de retroceso de los humos.
Desmontaje del desviador articulado
- Levante la bieleta para sacarla de
sus encajes [fotos 3 y 4], empuje el
desviador articulado para liberar la
cabeza de la bieleta ; retire la bieleta.
- Bascule el desviador hacia adelante
[esquema 5] y empújelo hacia atrás
para liberarlo de sus pivotes
[esquema 6].
Ligação da conduta de fumo a
partir do interior do recuperado
Para ter acesso à saída de fumo do
interior do recuperador, é necessário
desmontar os elementos deflectores
de fumo [esquemas 1 e 2] : o deflector
de fumo fixo em vermiculite [a] e o
deflector metálico articulado [b]. Em
funcionamento normal, este prolonga
o deflector fixo, obrigando assim os
gases a contorná-lo pela parte superior
[esquema 1]. Quando se abre a porta
para o recarregar, o deflector articulado
inclina-se para baixo, abrindo assim aos
gases uma via mais larga e mais directa
para a saída de fumos [esquema 2].
Existe, portanto, menos riscos de retorno
do fumo.
Desmontagem do deflector articulado
- Levante a biela de engate dos seus
orifícios [fotografia 3 e 4], empurre
o deflector articulado para liberar a
cabeça da biela ; retire a biela.
- Incline o deflector para a frente
[esquema 5] e puxe-o em seguida
para trás para o desengatar das suas
articulações [esquema 6]
Connection of flue from inside
the stove
Reaching the smoke outlet from inside
the stove requires the removal of smoke
deflector elements [diagrams 1 & 2] : the
fixed vermiculite deflector [a] and the
metal articulated deflector [b]. In normal
operational mode this extends the fixed
deflector to force the gases upwards
around it [diagram 1]. Whenever
the door is opened for a re-load, the
articulated deflector tilts downwards to
open a wider and more direct path for
the gases to reach the flue [diagram
2]. This reduces the chances of a back-
draught.
Removal of the articulated deflector
- Lift the small rod to slide it out of its
buttonholes [pics 3 & 4], push the
articulated deflector to free the head
of the rod and remove said rod.
- Tilt the deflector to the front [diagram
5] then push it to the back to free it
from its pivots [diagram 6].
