N Praticare il taglio di base
(orizzontale) – fin quando la
spranga non ha raggiunto i due
riferimenti
N Praticare il taglio di tetto (obliquo) a
circa 45°-60° rispetto al taglio di
base.
Controllo della direzione di caduta
Il taglio orizzontale e quello obliquo
devono incontrarsi in una corda di tacca
rettilinea permanente.
N Poggiare il metro sui fulcri della
corda di tacca – la punta del metro
deve indicare la direzione di caduta
stabilita – se necessario, correggere
la direzione di caduta tagliando
conformemente la tacca
Tagli dell’alburno
I tagli dell’alburno impediscono che nelle
essenze a fibra lunga si scheggi
l’alburno durante la caduta del tronco –
incidere sui due lati del tronco all’altezza
del fondo della tacca per circa il 1/10 del
diametro del tronco – al massimo fino
alla larghezza della spranga sui tronchi
più grossi.
Con legno malato rinunciare ai tagli
dell’alburno.
Principi per il taglio di abbattimento
Dimensioni di base
La tacca (C) determina la direzione di
caduta.
La cerniera (D) guida l’albero durante la
caduta al suolo.
– Larghezza della cerniera: circa 1/10
del diametro del tronco
– Non intaccare mai la cerniera
durante il taglio di abbattimento –
altrimenti si altera la direzione di
caduta prevista – pericolo
d’infortunio!
– Sui tronchi marci lasciare una
cerniera più larga
