– Su pendii ripidi predisporre le vie di
scampo parallelamente alla
pendenza
– Nell’indietreggiare fare attenzione ai
rami che cadono e tenere d’occhio il
volume della chioma
Preparazione della zona di lavoro sul
tronco
– Liberare l’area di lavoro intorno al
tronco da rami, sterpaglia e ostacoli
che intralciano – posizione sicura
per tutti gli addetti
– Pulire bene la base del fusto
(per es. con l’accetta) – sabbia,
sassi e altri corpi estranei
deteriorano l’affilatura della catena
– Tagliare le cordonature grosse delle
radici: prima la più grande – incidere
prima in senso verticale, poi in
senso orizzontale – solo con legno
sano
Tacca di abbattimento
Preparazione della tacca
La tacca (C) determina la direzione di
caduta.
Importante:
– praticare la tacca ad angolo retto
rispetto alla direzione di caduta
– tagliare il più vicino possibile al
terreno
– incidere da 1/5 fino al massimo a
1/3 circa del diametro del tronco
Stabilire la direzione di caduta – senza
l’asta di abbattimento sulla cappottatura
e la carenatura ventola
Se la motosega è priva dell’asta di
abbattimento sulla cappottatura e sulla
carenatura ventola, la direzione di
caduta può essere stabilita o controllata
con l’aiuto di un metro pieghevole:
N piegare il metro a metà e formare un
triangolo isoscele
N poggiare le due estremità del metro
sul frontale del tronco (1/5 fino al
massimo 1/3 del diametro tronco) –
orientare la punta del metro nella
direzione di caduta stabilita
N con le due estremità del metro
tracciare sul tronco la delimitazione
della tacca
Esecuzione della tacca di abbattimento
Determinando la tacca, orientare la
motosega in modo che la tacca si trovi
ad angolo retto rispetto alla direzione di
caduta.
Nella procedura per l’esecuzione della
tacca con taglio di base (taglio
orizzontale) e taglio di tetto (taglio
obliquo) sono ammesse sequenze
differenti – osservare le norme
specifiche territoriali per la tecnica di
abbattimento.
