Utilisation

∙ Utilisez l’appareil uniquement dans un état entièrement assemblé !

∙ Insérez 2 piles AA dans l‘appareil. Respecter les polarités.

∙ Placez l‘appareil verticalement sur la surface de travail. Remplissez le fumoir avec

des bois fumés.

∙ Placez la fin du tuyau dans un sac ou dans un récipient avec la nourriture que vous

veulent aromatiser et fermer le récipient/sac.

∙ Eteignez la machine et enflammer les copeaux avec un briquet ou allumette. N’uti-

lisez jamais un brûleur. Ne produit pas plus des 30 secondes de la fumée.

∙ 2 à 3 minutes dans la fumée sont généralement suffisantes pour aromatiser les ali-

ments avec un arôme de fumée légère. Une génération continue de fumée N’EST

PAS nécessaire !

∙ Assurez-vous que l’appareil ne tombe pas pendant le fumage et que le bois fumé

couve n’enflamme pas quelque chose.

∙ Si l’appareil a refroidi, nettoyer le fumoir. Assurez-vous qu‘il n‘y a pas de copeaux

de bois chauffé dans les déchets.
