4. Oer-gourmetten
Hier staat de kaas in het middelpunt van de gourmetparty. Plan ongeveer 200-250 g
kaas en aardappelen per persoon en daar nog de garnering bij. Leg een 1/2 cm dikke,
passend op maat gesneden schijf kaas in de pan en schuif het geheel onder de grill.
Zondra de kaas crèmeachtig gesmolten is, neemt u de kaas met behulp van een hou-
ten spachtel eruit en offreert daarbij bijvoorbeeld in de schil gekookte aardappelen
of folie-aardappelen, baguette of toast.
De grillsteen zet tijdens het verwarmen uit. Daardoor kunnen kleine aan de opperv-
lakte zichtbare scheuren ontstaan die de functie echter niet ongunstig beïnvloeden.
Om deze redenen is de grillsteen van de garantie uitgesloten!
Enkele tips voor het grillen
In het belang van uw gezondheid:
Gehakt/gemalen vlees moet onmiddellijk worden verwerkt
Eet vlees van gevogelte niet rauw en grill altijd totdat deze volledig gaar is
Gedroogd vlees en worst moet niet te lang worden gegrild
Zetmeelrijke voedingsmiddelen (bijvoorbeeld brood, aardappelen) mogen niet te
donker worden gegrild
