Kontaktgrillning:

Grillpladerne hviler direkte på maden,

som skal grilles.

Grillristning:

Den ene plade er indstillet over maden,

som skal grilles.

Partygrillning:

De 2 grillplader er klappet ud til vandret

position og giver en dobbelt så stor grill-

flade.

Forberedelse

1. Grillen leveres i lukket tilstand.

Grillen åbnes ved at skubbe låseknappen til venstre og klappe låget op (Se fig. 2).

2. Vending af pladerne

Grillpladerne kan tages ud og vendes ved at indstille grillen i party-grillstilling (fig.

8), trække låseknappen udad (fig. 3) og fjerne pladerne ved at løfte dem skråt opad.

Når pladerne sættes på plads igen, skal der sørges for, at de sættes på plads let skråt.

De ens tal på over- og underpladen skal kunne læses forfra (fig. 4).

Plade 1 (markeringen befinder sig på forsiden) skal være i den nederste skål, mens

plade 2 skal befinde sig i øverste skål.

Pladerne skal vaskes af, tørres og smøres let ind i fedtstof, inden grillen benyttes for

første gang.

Anvendelse

Skæres der i selve pladen, forårsage det en hurtigere defekt af belægningen.

1. Grillning

Hvis apparatet skal anvendes til grillning, skal den rillede side af pladerne benyttes.

Pladerne er udstyret med afløb til overskydende fedt (se fig. 5).

Den rillede side anvendes til kød, pølser og fisk. Den glatte side til grøntsa-

ger eller bagning.
