Kräutersoße (kalt)
Zutaten: 3 grüne Paprikaschoten
(entkernt und in kleine Stücke
geschnitten)
2 Hand voll gemischte Kräuter
(gezupft und geschnitten)
z. B. Petersilie, Schnittlauch,
Basilikum, Kerbel, Liebstöckel
1 Knoblauchzehe geschält
ca. 5 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Zitronensaft
Salz, Pfeffer
2 hart gekochte, gehackte Eier
Alle Zutaten (bis auf die Eier) im Mixer
pürieren und anschließend die Eierwür-
fel unterheben.
Dips, Dressings und Saucen-Rezepte
Majonese
Zutaten: 2 Eigelb
2 TL Senf
1 TL Essig
Salz und Pfeffer
125 ml Pflanzenöl
Das Eigelb mit den Gewürzen auf Stufe
2 Mixen während der Mixer läuft das Öl
durch die Nachfüllöffnung langsam zu-
geben. Ca. 1 Minute laufen lassen.
Joghurt Dressing
Zutaten: 3 Stängel Petersilie
2 Knoblauchzehen
Zitronensaft
100 gr. Schafskäse
150 gr. Joghurt
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer
Die Zutaten in den Glaskrug geben, mi-
xen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschme-
cken.
Avocado-Dip
Zutaten: 2 Knoblauchzehen
1 reife entkernte Avocado
Zitronensaft
Joghurt
Mayonaise
Öl
Chilischote, entkernt
Salz
Die Zutaten in den Glaskrug geben, mi-
xen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschme-
cken.
Grüne Sauce
Zutaten: Gemischte Kräuter
(z. B.: Borretsch, Schnittlauch,
Petersilie, Dill, Kresse, Kerbel)
Joghurt
Sahne
Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft
Die Kräuter waschen und trocken schleu-
dern, mit dem Joghurt und der Sahne
mixen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft
abschmecken. Man kann auch hartge-
kochtes Eigelb untermixen.
