Tomatensuppe
Zutaten: 1 gr. Dose geschälte Tomaten
1 Knoblauchzehe gehackt
3 Schalotten fein gehackt
ca. ½ l Gesebrühe
1 Hand voll Basilikumblätter
Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker
2 EL Olivenöl
Creme Fraiche
Alle Zutaten im Mixer glatt pürieren und
abschmecken. Im Topf erhitzen und beim
Servieren einen Klecks Creme Fraiche
hinzufügen.
Gemüsesuppe
Zutaten: 2 gekochte Kartoffeln
2 Tomaten
2 Karotten
Porree
Paprikaschote
Sellerie
Gurke
Brühwürfel (Gewürze)
Sahne + Eigelb zum Verfeinern
Alle Zutaten in den Glaskrug geben, mit
heißem Wasser aufgießen und bei Stufe
5 durchmixen.
Selleriesuppe
Zutaten: Knollensellerie (geschält,
gewürfelt und weich gekocht)
1 Zwiebel
Knoblauchzehe
Crème fraîche
Gemüsebrühe
Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian
Den in der Brühe gekochten Sellerie ab-
gießen und die Brühe auffangen. Selle-
rie, Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe in den
Glaskrug geben, einen Teil der Ge-
sebrühe daraufgeben und mixen. Mit
Crème fraîche und den Gewürzen verfei-
nern.
Suppen-Rezepte
Paprikacremesuppe
Zutaten: 6 rote Paprika (entkernt)
2 Schalotten
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 EL Paprikapulver süß
Chilipulver, Salz, Zucker
2 EL Olivenöl
ca. ¾ l Gesebrühe
1 Becher Sahne
Schalotten und Knoblauch grob hacken,
in Olivenöl andünsten. Geschnittene Pa-
prikaschoten dazu geben und weitere 15
Minuten dünsten lassen. Mit Gese-
brühe ablöschen.
Im Mixer fein pürieren. In ein Kochgefäß
geben, mit Salz, Chili, Paprikapulver so-
wie 1 Prise Zucker pikant abschmecken
und erhitzen. Anschliend Sahne un-
terheben. Achtung: Suppe darf nicht ko-
chen!
