Press the shortcut button Rotisserie (No.2) or select the basic program with the
program selector.
Basic program: 40 min, 20C,
To change the settings: The temperature / timer controller (No. 5) can be used
to select the temperature between 70 and 230°C. Press the control (No. 5) again to
select the time between 1 and 90 minutes.
Press start / stop to start the program.
The set time begins to count down.
Use the spit handle and the pan handle to remove the ready done food.
Broil
For roasting thin steaks, hamburgers, sausages and for cook au gratin.
Place the food on the wire grill or the air fry rack and insert it on the upper or mid-
dle level into the device. Always insert the baking tray at the lowest level.
Select the basic program with the program selector (No. 4).
Basic program: 30 min, 230°C,
To change the settings: Press the control (No. 5) to select the time between 1
and 90 minutes.
Press start / stop to start the program.
The set time begins to count down.
Fire hazard: The grilling process at the upper level must be observed. The
food must not touch the radiator. Do not prepare high-fat foods at the up-
per level.
Pizza
Place the pizza on the wire grill at the middle level into the device.
Select the basic program with the program selector (No. 4).
Basic program: 18 min, 200°C,
To change the settings: The temperature / timer controller (No. 5) can be used
to select the temperature between 70 and 230°C. Press the control (No. 5) again to
select the time between 1 and 90 minutes.
Press start / stop to start the program.

Note: Times and temperatures depend on various factors such as fresh or frozen
pizza, thickness, topping, etc. and must be selected individually.
Chicken
Similar function to rotisserie grilling, but only with upper heat.
