Air Fry
For preparing french fries, chicken parts, ready meals, etc.
Press the air fry shortcut button (No.1) or select the basic program with the pro-
gram selector.
Basic program: 20 min, 200°C,
To change the settings: The temperature / timer controller (No. 5) can be used
to select the temperature between 70 and 200°C. Press the control (No. 5) again to
select the time between 1 and 90 minutes.
Press start / stop. The preheating time “Pre” is shown on the display for about 5
min.
Spread the food on the air fry rack (small parts such as French fries) or on the wire
grill (larger parts).
The device must preheat!
Once the temperature is reached, the device beeps 3 times and the set time begins
to count down. The food can be placed into the device at the middle shelf level.
Always insert the baking tray at the lowest level.
After the beep, remove the food from the oven.
Bake
For the preparing cakes and pastries.
Place the food on the wire grill or air fry rack and put it in the middle shelf level
into the appliance.
Select the basic program with the program selector (No. 4).
Basic program: 30 min, 180°C,
To change the settings: The temperature / timer controller (No. 5) can be used
to select the temperature between 70 and 230°C. Press the control (No. 5) again to
select the time between 1 and 90 minutes.
Press start / stop to start the program.
The set time begins to count down.
Rotiss – Rotisserie grilling
For grilling poultry on the rotisserie.
Fix a rotisserie fork at the spit. Put the tied meat or poultry on the spit and fix it
with the second rotisserie fork. Be careful, that the meat is in the middle of the spit.
Put the spit with the meat on the rotisserie handle and insert the top of the spit in
the spit motor opening on the right side of the inner housing. Then put the other
side of the spit on the spit holder.
Always insert the baking tray at the lowest level.
