Hvis lågen åbnes, afbrydes funktionen og fortsætter igen når lågen lukkes igen.

1) Dampfunktion

Tryk og med knapperne vælges symbolet .

, det blinker Code E – 1. Med knapperne vælges det ønskede pro-

gram E – 1 til E – 9 og starter med

∙ Vitaminer, mineraler og smagen bibeholdes.

∙ Ved dampfunktionen er den maksimale temperatur ca. 100°C, hvorved næsten alle

madvarer kan tilberedes.

∙ Madvarerne brunes ikke.

∙ For at dampen når hen til alle sider af maden, bør en hullet aluminiumsskål på en

rist anvendes.

∙ Dryppebakken skal altid skubbes ind nederst for at den kan opfange væske.

∙ De andre beholdere kan indsættes i alle niveauer. På grund af dampen skal der

mindst være 3 cm opad mod loftet af ovnen

∙ Ved tilberedningen af frostvarer skal tilberedningstiden forlænges.
