Blomkål/Rosenkål:
Kål findeles i små stykker og puttes i den hullede indsats. Varmt vand
puttes i gryden og bringes til kogning på trin bruning og start/stop. Låg
og ventil lukkes. Tasten dampning og start/stop trykkes.
Bælgfrugter:
puttes levnedsmidler uden salt i gryden og bringes i kog på trin bruning
med varmt vand (1/2 liter for hver 100 gr. bælgfrugter). Låget og
ventilen lukkes. Tasten dampning og start/stop trykkes.
Ris:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
Risen dampkoges glasklar med noget fedt på trin bruning. Pr. kop ris
1 1/2 kop vand Salt og okseboullion føjes til. og ventilen lukkes. Soupprogrammet
og tryk start/stop. Efter udløb af tiden, indstiller apparatet sig
til opvarmning eller man afslutter kogeprocessen med start/stoptasten.
Pillekartofler:
Trykkogetid ca. 12 min.
De omtrent lige store vaskede halverede kartofler med snitfladen
puttes ned i den hullede indsats og stilles på siholderen (ca. 1/2 Wasser fyldes
i gryden). Risprogrammet og tryk start/stop trykkes.
Rå boller:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
1 kg færdiglavet bolledej blandes med 2 spsk. zoghurt og salt. Krydres med
Bollerne formes og derved gives ristede brødtern i midten.
Saltvand bringes til kogning på trin bruning. Boller lægges i, låget
lægges på og ventil lukkes.
Tryk tasten grøntsager og start/stop.
Koger man en menu (f.eks. benløse fugle) afbryder man efter ca. 10 min.
det forinden beskrevne benløse-fugle-program; stiller siindsatsen med bollerne og
bærerammen i gryden, lukker låg og ventil, trykker taste kød samt start/stop
og trykker efter 10 min. udløb stoptasten. Apparatet udluftes og
åbnes.
