PROBLEMAS CON LA MÁQUINA
Problema Solución
Quedan más restos de
masa de lo esperado.
Puede pasar que no toda la masa alcance el husillo de
extrusión. Puedes iniciar el programa Extrude de forma
manual y que la máquina vuelva a realizar el proceso de
expulsión.
La máquina no se pone en
marcha.
Asegúrate de que la máquina esté correctamente
conectada y de que el cable de red y el enchufe de pared
estén intactos.
El motor ha estado en uso durante demasiado tiempo sin
pausa y la función de protección del motor se ha activado.
Espera unos minutos.
Cierra la tapa correctamente.
La máquina no responde al
pulsar los botones.
La máquina no responde al pulsar los botones. Después
de un mensaje de error, no has desconectado la máquina
de la red durante el tiempo suficiente. La máquina debe
estar desconectada de la red como mínimo 3 minutos
para borrar la memoria del aparato.
La máquina está trabajando en este momento o se ha
activado la fase de reposo. Puedes cancelar el progra-
ma manteniendo pulsado Start/Reset durante aprox. 3
segundos.
El aparato está defectuoso. Contacta con el servicio de
atención al cliente.
La máquina trabaja muy
despacio y se para durante
el proceso de expulsión de
la pasta.
La masa está muy seca. Nina tratará de amasarla
nuevamente y expulsarla otra vez. Introduce poca agua
(5-10 ml) en la cámara de mezclar y observa si ya puede
expulsar la masa.
En el momento en el que
la máquina expulse masa,
caerá primero harina desde
el molde de pasta.
Este proceso es completamente normal.
