START: Drücken Sie start um das Laufband zu starten, Sie können das Laufband mit dieser Taste

auch immer stoppen.

STOP: Drücken Sie auf "STOP" um das Laufband zu stoppen, ausserdem können Sie damit auch

die "ERR" Nachricht auf dem Bildschirm löschen.

• “+”: Drücken um die Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen.

• “-”: Drücken um die Geschwindigkeit zu senken.

Healing (Aufwärmprogramm): Drücken um das Aufwärmprogramm zu starten.

Während das Gerät pausiert ist drücken Sie auf die "PROG" Taste um Programm P10 zu wählen und

das HRC-Programm zu wählen.

• Die Zeitanzeige zeigt das Alter "30" an und blinkt, drücken Sie die SPEED +/- Tasten um das

Alter des Benutzer einzustellen, das Alter kannvon 15 bis 80 eingestellt werden.

• Durch drücken der MODE Taste, zeigt es den THR wert an. Der THR Wert wird vom System

anhand des alters berechnet.

• Durch erneutes drücken der MODE Taste, zeigt das Display“ 30:00”Minuten und blinkt. Drücken

Sie nun SPEED +/- um die Zeiteinzustellen, diese lässt sich von 5 bis 99 justieren.

• Durch drücken der START Taste, beginnt das Laufband. DieZeitanzeigezeigt die verbliebende

Zeit. Das Laufband stoppt sobald Sie die"Stop" Taste betätigen oder die eingestellte Zeit

abgelaufen ist.

• Nach 10 Sekunden der Bedienung zeigt das Gerät den Puls an, HRC beginnt die Herzfrequenz

anzuzeigen. Das Gerät justiert dieGeschwindigkeit automatisch um die Programmierte

Herzfrequenz zuhalten.
