P0 ist das Ausgangsprogramm mit dem der Nutzer das nächste Programm wählen kann.
P1-P8 Sind automatisierte Trainingsprogramme welche ausgeführt werden können.
P9 Ist das Aufwärmprogramm. Das Laufband beginnt bei 0.3km / h statt 1 km / h. Das
Aufwärmprogramm ist an ältere Menschen oder Menschen, die bestimmte Vorgänge nicht
durchführen können, gerichtet.
P10 ist das pulsgesteuerte Trainingsprogramm (HRC) und hat eine Körperfett-Test-Funktionalität. In
diesem Programm justiert das Laufband die Geschwindigkeit gemessen an Ihrem Puls.
