LEVER LA JAMBE
1. Ajustez le support dorsal à la position d‘incli-
naison ou plate.
2. Mettez vos poignées derrière votre cou pour
plus de stabilité.
3. Relevez vos jambes en tournant sur les han-
ches.
4. Abaissez lentement vos jambes jusqu‘à ce
qu‘elles soient parallèles au plancher. Ne laissez
pas vos pieds toucher la surface du sol.
LEVÉ DE JAMBES
1. Abaissez le dossier. Allongez vous et saisissez
les poignées avec les deux mains.
2. Levez vos jambes jusqu‘à environ 45 ° et as-
surez-vous que votre dos reste droit.
3. Garder la position pendant 10 secondes.
4. Relâchez la position et recommencez.
