5. FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL ORDENADOR
Teclas + / -:
Pulse en estado de parada para seleccionar el programa deseado.
Pulse en estado de parada para establecer los valores de ajuste de un programa.
Pulse durante el entrenamiento para aumentar o disminuir el nivel de carga.
Tecla PULSE RECOVERY:
Pulse la tecla para mostrar el pulso en reposo después del entrenamiento (F1 hasta F6).

Funciones
En total hay 6 programas de entrenamiento disponibles: manual (P1), programas
predeterminados (P2-P6), pendiente (P2), colina (P3), valle (P4), rolling (P5), fat
burn (P6).
Una vez seleccionado el programa deseado, podrá jar sus objetivos especiales de
entrenamiento con ayuda de los ajustes de tiempo, distancia y calorías.
