6. When the tone arm reaches the end of the record it automatically returns to the tone arm

rest and the record player stops.

NOTE: Do not turn or stop the turntable manually. Moving or jarring the turntable

without securing the tone arm clamp could result in damage to the tone arm.

SPEED ALIGNMENT

The pitch adjust control is made to adjust the turntable speed lightly. Start the playback of the

record and listen to the music. Adjust the pitch adjustment knob until the correct speed is heard.

TONE ARM STOPPING POSITION ALIGNMENT

The position of the tone arm for a complete playback and return to the rest station can be

adjusted at the alignment screw as follow:

1. Before starting the alignment, please take out the hole covering rubber.

2. If the system cannot complete the playback of record

and return earlier, use a cross head screw driver and

turning the alignment screw inside the hole clockwise,

the stopping and eject position of the tone arm will

move more inward to the center of the record for

playback completion.

3. If the system cannot return to rest position

automatically after playback of record, use a cross

head screw driver and turning the alignment screw

inside the hole anti-clockwise, the stopping and eject position of the tone arm will move

more away from the center of the record for playback completion.

AUX-IN

Press the “MODE” button to select the AUX mode. Insert the audio cable (not included) into the

“AUX-IN” socket of the unit.

Start the playback of the connected device and you can hear the sound in PL979SW.

USB RECORDING

CD/MP3 RECORDING

Recording one track:

1. Plug USB drive into USB socket.

2. During the CD/MP3 playing mode, press the “RECORD” button one time, “Checking” then

“REC USB” will show on the display.

3. Press “RECORD” button again. The display will show “REC One”.

4. Then press the “RECORD” button to confirm. The unit will start record the playing track.

Recording all tracks:

1. During the CD/MP3 stop mode, press the “RECORD” button one time, “REC USB” will show

on the display.

2. Press the “RECORD” button again. The display show “REC All”.

3. Then press the “RECORD” button again to confirm. The unit will start record all tracks.

When trying to play a cd the sound ain’t right can hear the music great but not the singing is this a fault. Submitted on 13-3-2022 at 21:53
