Baricentro (COG), impostazione
Per regolare il centro di gravità sono possibili due opzioni. La
regolazione può essere effettuata direttamente sulla piastra dell’asse
(solo per piastra standard) spostando gli spaziatori a lunetta da un lato
all’altro. Per una regolazione più ampia sarà necessario modificare la
posizione dell’asse sul telaio.
NOTA:
• Le regolazioni del baricentro (COG) potrebbero determinare
l’instabilità della carrozzina con rischi di ribaltamento. Pertanto, sarà
necessario utilizzare ruotine antiribaltamento.
• Quando si effettua una regolazione del baricentro (COG) potrebbe
essere anche necessario regolare l’inclinazione delle ruote anteriori.
Modifica della posizione dell’asse
Utilizzando l'asse ad estrazione rapida, rimuovere le ruote posteriori.
Allentare entrambe le viti (1) ed estrarle completamente. Posizionare il
tubo dell’asse nella posizione desiderata sul telaio, inserire
nuovamente le viti nella piastra dell'asse e stringerle. Quando si sposta
il tubo dell’asse, spostare anche gli spaziatori del telo seduta,
(apportare le modifiche sia al tubo dell’asse che agli spaziatori del telo
seduta). Verificare che le posizioni siano uguali a destra e a sinistra.
Usare il serraggio indicato di 8 Nm (Fig. 6.4.4 a Fig. 6.4.5).
Impostazione del baricentro (COG) sulla piastra standard
La regolazione può essere effettuata direttamente sulla piastra
dell’asse (solo per piastra standard) spostando gli spaziatori a lunetta
da un lato all’altro. Si hanno a disposizione 3 posizioni (Figg. da 6.4.6
a 6.4.8).
Usando i perni ad estrazione rapida, estrarre le ruote dall’adattatore
dell’asse (4). Allentare le viti (1) utilizzando una chiave Allen. Estrarre
la parte terminale (2) della piastra dell’asse e regolare gli spaziatori a
lunetta (3) fino a raggiungere il baricentro (COG) desiderato.
Riapplicare la copertura.
Serrare di nuovo le viti a brugola (1) procedendo in due fasi.
a) Serrare entrambe le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 5 Nm.
b) Serrare ulteriormente le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 8 Nm.
NOTA: Se, quando si regola il baricentro (COG), si sposta o si rimuo-
ve la piastra dell’asse, sarà necessario controllare l’allineamento e la
larghezza dell’interasse delle ruote e, se necessario, procedere con la
regolazione (fare riferimento alla sezione “Allineamento delle ruote”).
ATTENZIONE!
• Quando sull’adattatore dell’asse si applicano di nuovo le viti a brugola
(1), si DEVE usare un frenafiletti Loctite™ 243.
