6.4 Seduta
Rivestimento della seduta
Per regolare la tensione del rivestimento della seduta, utilizzare le
apposite cinghie. Quando si regola la tensione del rivestimento della
seduta, tutte le cinghie devono essere libere. Tirando le cinghie, la
tensione del rivestimento della seduta aumenterà (Fig. 6.4.1).
NOTA: Se il rivestimento è troppo teso, la crociera non si infilerà nella
sella.
Regolazione dell'altezza del seduta:
Piastra superleggera
Per regolare l’altezza della seduta:
• Rimuovere i tappi di gomma (3) situati nella scanalatura della parte
posteriore dell’asse posteriore.
• Allentare le viti (1) utilizzando una chiave Allen. Posizionare la piastra
(2) sull’asse (4) in base all’altezza desiderata della seduta (Fig. 6.4.2).
• Per portare la seduta nella posizione più bassa possibile, sarà
necessario montare la piastra capovolta.
• Serrare di nuovo le viti a brugola (1) procedendo in due fasi.
a) Serrare entrambe le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di serraggio
di 5 Nm.
b) Serrare ulteriormente le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 8 Nm.
• Riposizionare i tappi di gomma.
Piastra standard
Per regolare l’altezza della seduta:
• Rimuovere i tappi di gomma (3) situati nella scanalatura della parte
posteriore dell’asse posteriore.
• Allentare le viti (1) utilizzando una chiave Allen. Posizionare la piastra
(2) sull’asse (4) in base all’altezza desiderata della seduta (Fig. 6.4.3).
• Serrare di nuovo le viti a brugola (1) procedendo in due fasi.
a) Serrare entrambe le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di serraggio
di 5 Nm.
b) Serrare ulteriormente le viti a brugola applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 8 Nm.
• Riposizionare i tappi di gomma.
NOTA:
• quando si modifica l'altezza posteriore della seduta, può essere
necessario regolare l'angolo delle ruote anteriori.
• Se, quando si regola l’altezza della seduta, si sposta o si rimuove
l’adattatore dell’asse, sarà necessario controllare l’allineamento e la
larghezza dell’interasse delle ruote e, se necessario, procedere con la
regolazione (fare riferimento alla sezione “Allineamento delle ruote”).
ATTENZIONE!
• Alcune delle viti utilizzate durante la produzione sono rivestite con
liquido frenafiletti (punto blu sulla filettatura) e possono essere regolate
solo per 3 volte, dopo di che sarà necessario sostituirle con nuove
viti autobloccanti. In alternativa, le viti potranno essere riutilizzate
applicandovi un frenafiletti Loctite™ 243.
• Quando sull’adattatore dell’asse si applicano di nuovo le viti a brugola
(1), si DEVE usare un frenafiletti Loctite™ 243.
