Chiusura
Per prima cosa togliere il cuscino della carrozzina e ribaltare la pedana unica o
gli appoggiapiedi separati Afferrare il rivestimento o i tubi della seduta (Fig. 4.1)
al centro, da dietro, e tirare verso l'alto fino a quando la staffa per la chiusura
(Fig. 4.2) non scatta in posizione.
Trasporto
Per spostare la carrozzina, sollevarla dopo averla ripiegata afferrandola per la
parte anteriore della crociera e per le maniglie di spinta.
Apertura
Spingere la leva di sblocco della staffa per la chiusura (Fig. 4.3) verso il basso
separando le due metà. Premere sul tubo della seduta (vedere la figura). La
carrozzina si aprirà. Spingere i tubi fino a bloccarli in posizione nel telaio della
seduta. Per semplificare questa operazione, tenere la carrozzina leggermente
inclinata da un lato in modo da alleggerire il peso su una ruota posteriore. Fare
attenzione a non infilare le dita nella crociera. Sistemare il cuscino sulla
seduta. (Fig. 4.4).
Come sedersi in carrozzina (Fig. 4.5)
• Spingere la carrozzina contro una parete o un mobile robusto;
• Attivare i freni;
• Sollevare gli appoggiapiedi
• Sedersi sulla carrozzina;
• Abbassare le pedane e posizionare il piede davanti ai ferma talloni.
Come scendere dalla carrozzina (Fig. 4.6)
• Attivare i freni;
• Alzare gli appoggiapiedi
• Con le mani appoggiate sui braccioli, piegarsi leggermente in avanti per
spostare il peso del corpo verso la parte anteriore della seduta. Quindi
appoggiare i piedi per terra, con un piede dietro all’altro, ed alzarsi.
AVVERTENZA!
• Durante il trasferimento non stare in piedi sulle pedane. Rimanere in piedi
sulla pedana potrebbe fare ribaltare la carrozzina in avanti.
• Quando si accede o ci si alza dalla carrozzina, appoggiare sempre il piede in
modo stabile sul terreno.
• Quando si trasferisce l’utente dalla o nella carrozzina, inserire sempre i freni.
