Accu voorzorgsmaatregelen
Gebruik geen beschadigde of lekkende accu.
Als de huid of de ogen in aanraking komen met dit materiaal kan dit tot letsel
of brandwonden leiden. Zelfs als vreemde stoffen niet direct zichtbaar zijn,
kunnen chemische veranderingen in het materiaal ertoe leiden dat er op een
later moment alsnog letsel optreedt.
Hanteer de accu voorzichtig.
De accu kan bij onoordeelkundig gebruik exploderen of gevaar opleveren voor
brand of chemische verbranding.
• Voorkom dat de accu in aanraking komt met vuur en onderwerp hem niet aan
extreme temperaturen zoals rechtstreeks zonlicht, in een voertuig dat is
blootgesteld aan de zon of nabij een warmtebron.
• Voorkom dat de accu kortsluiting maakt.
• Demonteer de accu nooit en voer er geen veranderingen aan uit.
• Voorkom schade aan de accu. Vervoer en/of bewaar de accu nooit samen met
metalen voorwerpen, zoals munten of sleutels. Gebruik de accu niet meer
indien hij beschadigd raakt.
• Gooi niet met de accu en laat hem niet vallen. Onderwerp hem niet aan sterke
schokken.
• Plaats geen zware voorwerpen op de accu, en onderwerp hem niet aan druk.
• Voorkom dat de accu in contact komt met vloeistoffen. Indien hij nat wordt,
de accu niet meer gebruiken tot hij volkomen droog is.
• Houd de accu buiten het bereik van kleine kinderen.
• Indien het PSP™-systeem gedurende langere tijd niet zal worden gebruikt, de
accu verwijderen en zetten hem op een koele, droge plaats, buiten het bereik
van kinderen.
Waarschuwingen
Mocht u onverhoopt toch in aanraking komen met materiaal van een
lekkende accu, handel dan als volgt:
• Wrijf niet als het materiaal in uw ogen komt. Spoel de ogen met schoon
water en raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts.
• Als het materiaal met de huid of met kleding in aanraking komt, spoel de
desbetreffende zone dan onmiddellijk af met schoon water. Raadpleeg uw
arts als er een ontsteking optreedt of de huid pijnlijk gaat aanvoelen.
