GARANTIE
Indien dit product reparaties behoeft die niet worden gedekt door deze Garantie,
neem dan telefonisch contact op met uw plaatselijke klantenservice voor
advies. Neem contact op met uw leverancier indien het land waar u woont niet
voorkomt op de lijst.
3. Om schade, verlies of het wissen van verwisselbare opslagmedia of
randapparatuur te voorkomen, moet u deze eerst verwijderen voordat u het
product dat binnen de garantie valt ter reparatie aanbiedt.
4. U kunt geen aanspraak maken op deze Garantie wanneer het product is beschadigd
als gevolg van:
i. commercieel gebruik, een ongeluk, normale slijtage, nalatigheid, misbruik
(waaronder, zonder beperking, het niet gebruiken van het product waarvoor het
is bedoeld en/of conform de instructies met betrekking tot correct gebruik en
onderhoud, installatie of gebruik op een manier die tegenstrijdig is met de
vigerende plaatselijke technische of veiligheidsnormen);
ii. gebruik samen met ongeoorloofde randapparatuur (waaronder, zonder
beperking, spelverbeteringsapparaten, adapters en
stroomvoorzieningsapparaten);
iii. elke aanpassing aan of wijziging van dit product, uitgevoerd om welke reden
dan ook en al dan niet correct uitgevoerd;
iv. onderhoud of reparaties uitgevoerd door een niet door SCEE erkend
servicebedrijf; of
v. gebruik in combinatie met niet goedgekeurde software, virusinfectie, of brand,
overstroming of andere natuurrampen.
5. In zoverre de van toepassing zijnde wetgeving dit toelaat, is deze Garantie uw
enige en exclusieve rechtsmiddel met betrekking tot defecten aan dit product en
alle andere garanties, waarborgen, al dan niet uitdrukkelijke contractuele
bepalingen met betrekking tot dit product zijn uitgesloten terwijl SCEE noch
enige andere Sony-eenheid, hun leveranciers of erkende servicebedrijven nooit
aansprakelijk kunnen worden gesteld voor mogelijke speciale, incidentele,
indirecte of gevolgschade.
