Symptoom Oorzaak/oplossing
U kunt geen beelden kopiëren.
• Vormt een USB-verbinding tussen de camera en een computer (blz. 91, 103).
• Volg de procedure die bij uw besturingssysteem past (blz. 92, 94, 99 en 102).
• U hebt geprobeerd een opname te maken met een "Memory Stick Duo" die geformatteerd was
met een computer. Maak een opname met een "Memory Stick Duo" die geformatteerd is door uw
camera.
Na een USB-verbinding tot stand
te hebben gebracht, start "Picture
Package" niet automatisch.
• Start "Picture Package Menu" op en controleer [Settings].
• Breng een USB-verbinding tot stand terwijl de computer is ingeschakeld (blz. 91).
Het beeld kan niet worden
weergegeven op een computer.
• Als u het programma "Picture Package" gebruikt, moet u op help rechtsboven in elk scherm klikken.
• Raadpleeg de fabrikant van de computer of de software.
Wanneer u bewegende beelden op
een computer bekijkt, worden beeld
en geluid onderbroken door storing.
• U geeft de bewegende beelden rechtstreeks vanaf de "Memory Stick Duo" weer. Kopieer de
bewegende beelden naar de harde schijf van uw computer en geef vervolgens de bewegende beelden
vanaf de harde schijf weer (blz. 92, 94, 99 en 102).)
U kunt een beeld niet afdrukken.
• Controleer de printerinstellingen.
Beelden die al een keer naar de
computer gekopieerd zijn kunnen niet
door de camera weergegeven worden.
• Naar de verkeerde map gekopieerd. Kopieer ze naar een beschikbare map, zoals "101MSDCF"
(blz. 97).
• De map- of bestandsnaam op uw computer is veranderd (blz. 97).
"Memory Stick Duo"
Symptoom Oorzaak/oplossing
U kunt geen "Memory Stick Duo" in
de camera plaatsen.
• U probeert de "Memory Stick Duo" achtertevoren in de camera te plaatsen. Plaats de "Memory Stick
Duo" op de juiste wijze (blz. 24).
U kunt niet opnemen op een "Memory
Stick Duo".
• U gebruikt een "Memory Stick Duo" met een schrijf-beveiligingsschakelaar die in de stand LOCK
staat. Schuif het in de opnamestand (blz.131).
• De "Memory Stick Duo" is vol. Wis overbodige beelden (blz. 49 en 86).
• Het beeldformaat is ingesteld op [640(Fine)] tijdens het opnemen van bewegende beelden. Plaats een
"Memory Stick PRO Duo" (blz. 84 en 131) of stel het beeldformaat anders in dan [640(Fine)].
