De functie voor verandering van het
formaat werkt niet.
• U kunt het beeldformaat van bewegende beelden en Multi Burst-beelden niet veranderen.
U kunt een afdrukmarkering (DPOF)
niet afbeelden.
• U kunt afdrukmarkeringen (DPOF) niet afbeelden op bewegende beelden.
Bewegende beelden kunnen niet
worden geknipt.
• De bewegende beelden duren niet lang genoeg om te knippen.
• Beveiligde bewegende beelden kunnen niet worden geknipt. Annuleer de beveiliging (blz. 74).
• Stilstaande beelden kunnen niet worden geknipt.
Computers
Symptoom Oorzaak/oplossing
U weet niet of het besturingssysteem
van uw computer compatibel is.
• Controleer "Aanbevolen computeromgeving" (blz. 89 en 102).
U kunt het USB-stuurprogramma niet
installeren.
• In Windows 2000 logt u in als Administrator (geautoriseerde beheerders) (blz. 89).
Uw computer herkent de camera niet.
• Schakel de camera in (blz. 20).
• De batterij is zwak. Gebruik de netspanningsadapter (blz. 19).
• Gebruik de bijgeleverde USB-kabel (blz. 91 en 102).
• Koppel de USB-kabel los van zowel de computer als het Cyber-shot-Station en sluit deze daarna
opnieuw stevig aan. Zorg dat er "USB Mode" op het LCD-scherm wordt aangegeven (blz. 91).
• Sluit de camera goed aan op het Cyber-shot-station (blz. 12).
• Stel [USB Connect] op het Setup-scherm in op [Normal] (blz. 54 en 127).
• De USB-aansluitingen van uw computer zijn verbonden met andere apparatuur, afgezien van het
toetsenbord, de muis en het Cyber-shot-station. Koppel alle apparatuur van de USB-aansluitingen
los, behalve het toetsenbord en de muis (blz. 89).
• De camera is niet rechtstreeks aangesloten op de computer. Sluit de camera rechtstreeks aan op de
computer, en niet via een USB-hub of ander apparaat (blz. 89).
• Installeer het USB-stuurprogramma (blz. 90).
• Uw computer herkent het apparaat niet goed, omdat u de camera hebt aangesloten op de computer
met behulp van een USB-kabel voordat u de "USB Driver" (USB-stuurprogramma) hebt
geïnstalleerd vanaf de bijgeleverde CD-ROM. Wis het verkeerd herkende apparaat van uw computer
(blz.93) en installeer daarna het USB-stuurprogramma (blz. 90).
