■ Installatie

• Plaats het station niet in een ruimte die onderhevig is aan:

– hoge luchtvochtigheid

– hoge temperaturen

– veel stof

– mechanische trillingen

– direct zonlicht

• Forceer de voedingskabel niet. Deze is bedoeld als om het station

te beschermen.

■ Bediening

• Verplaats het station niet als het in gebruik is. Als u dat wel doet,

kan dat tot gegevensfouten en beschadiging van de optische

leeskop leiden.

• Stel het station niet bloot aan plotselinge veranderingen van

temperatuur, omdat er dan condensvorming op de lens in het

station kan ontstaan. Indien de omgevingstemperatuur plotseling

oploopt terwijl het station is ingeschakeld, gebruikt u het station

niet meer en laat u het apparaat minstens één uur aan staan voordat

u het gebruikt of uitschakelt. Als u onmiddellijk na een plotselinge

temperatuurstijging het station gebruikt, kan dat tot een storing

leiden.

■ Vervoer

• Sluit de cd-lade voordat u het station verplaatst.

• Bewaar het originele verpakkingsmateriaal. Verpak bij transport

het cd-rom-station in de originele verpakking.
