Preheating
As soon as the display value fluctuates by ±20º C from the target temperature,
the heating is at operating temperature� The appliance works most effectively
when the entire grill area is preheated� Therefore, it is recommended to wait
another 3-5 minutes before loading the food to be grilled in order to achieve
consistent and reproducible grilling results�
Grill
The usual cooking time is between one and three minutes on each side of the
food, instructions for cooking different foods and meats can be found in the
table „Preparation forms“�
1� Switch on the power on the back� The powerbutton should be blinking in
red� This means that the device is ready�
2� Press the „ON/OFF“ button to start working�
3� The minimum temperature display is 400 ºC� Press the „Set“ button to set
the temperature� The display should be flashing�
4� Start to set the temperature with the decrease/increase buttons� Conform
by pressing the „set„ Button
5� To set the Temperature press the “set” button� The Temperature Display
starts blinking and you can set the temperature with the increase or
decrease button� Conform by pressing the “set” button again�
Notice: By long pressing the increase/decrease button, you can also set
the temperature/time quicker� You can choose between 400 and 850º C�
6� To set the Time, again, press the increase/decrease buttons� You can choo-
se between 10 seconds and 99:59 minutes�Confirm by pressing “start”�
7� When the little points in the Time- and Temperature Displays are blinking�
The working Temperature/Time is reached�
8� To use the meat temperature sensor, plugin in the small end into the so-
cket on the panel� Stick the pointy end into the center of the meat�
9� When the core temperature of the meat is reached, according to your pre-
ferences you can stop the device and remove the food and/or turn it�
