Torréfaction des légumes
Pour les légumes grillés parfaits, les légumes rôtis comme:
Courgettes, aubergines, paprika, oignons, etc� des deux côtés�
Faire dorer/préparer un rôti
Il suffit de placer le rôti sur le gril et de le préparer pendant
quelques minutes�
Afin d‘obtenir le goût de torréfaction parfait pour le rôti,
certains types de viande sont appropriés: par ex� côtelettes de
veau, bœuf bouilli, rôti de bœuf, gigot d‘agneau, etc�
Exemple d‘application: 300g Entrecote
1� Préchauffer l‘appareil à 800-850º C�
2� Placer la viande au centre de la grille�
3� Placer dans le deuxième tiroir
4� Après 1�5 min, retirer la grille et retourner la viande�
5� Placer le steak plus en avant sur la grille�
6� Laisser cuire 3 minutes�
