RECEPTEN
BASISRECEPT VOOR PANNENKOEKEN (CRÊPES)
Ingrediënten voor 4 - 6 personen
3 eieren
60 gr gesmolten boter
1 ¼ kop (310 ml) melk
250 gr meel
2 eetlepels suiker
snufje zout
Bereiding
1. Monteer de klopper met rubberen rand aan de mixerkop.
2. Doe de eieren en de suiker in de mengkom en verhoog de snelheid naar „Aera-
ting Whipping“, totdat de ingrediënten los en romig zijn.
3. Verlaag de snelheid en voeg via de vulopening een voor een de rest van de in-
grediënten toe. Verhoog de snelheid en mix alles, totdat er een homogeen meng-
sel is.
4. Giet het pannenkoekenbeslag in een maatbeter en zet deze 15 minuten in de
koelkast.
5. Doe ca. 3 eetlepels van het beslag in een ingevette, hete pan of een poffertje-
span en bak de pannenkoek resp. poffertjes aan beide zijden goudbruin.
6. Doe hetzelfde met de rest van het beslag en serveer de de pannenkoeken zo
warm als u wilt.
