KRUIDENBEREIDING
MAROKKAANSE KRUIDENMIX
Bereidingstijd: 5 minuten
Voor 2/3 kopjes
Ingrediënten
12 kardemompeulen
3 eetlepels komijnzaad
2 eetlepels korianderzaad
2 kaneelstokjes, gehalveerd
2 theelepels venkelzaad
½ theelepel hele, zwarte peperkorrels
½ theelepel hele piment vruchten
2 theelepels paprikapoeder
1½ theelepel gemalen kurkuma
Bereiding
1. Kneus de kardemompeulen met de vlakke kant van een mes om de zaden eruit
te halen. Bewaar de zaden en gooi de peulen weg.
2. Doe de kardemomzaden, komijn, koriander, kaneel, venkel, peperkorrel en pi-
ment in de blenderkom en zet de deksel met maatbeker erop. Maal op de snel-
heid MILL alles gedurende 1 minuut fijn. Doe de kruidenmix in een schotel.
3. Voeg de paprikapoeder en kurkuma toe en roer door om alles goed te mengesn.
Bewaar in een droge, schone en luchtdicht afsluitbare bewaarbus. Kann op een
koele plaatst tot 3 maanden bewaard worden.
Tips
Ideaal om lam, rundvlees, gevogelte of groenten te kruiden, voordat u het vlees
of de groenten in een pan of op een grill gaat bereiden.
Ook geschikt voor stoofschotels, goulash of soepen.
Als vuistregel: 1 eetlepel kruidenmix voor 500 g vlees, gevogelte of groente ge-
bruiken.
