3. In de tussentijd vult u de blender met zure room, suiker, vanille extract, citroen-
schil en eieren in de blenderkom en sluit de deksel met maatbeker. Zet de snel-
heidsregelaar op PUREE en laat alles gedurende 10 seconden mixen, totdat al-
les goed gemengd is.
4. Druk dan op de PAUSE knop. Voeg de helft van de roomkaas toe en sluit de dek-
sel met maatbaker. Druk nogmaals op de PAUSE knop om de PUREE functie te
starten. Mix gedurende 20 seconden, totdat het mengsel zacht is.
5. Druk dan op de PAUSE knop. Voeg de rest van de roomkaas toe en sluit de dek-
sel. Druk weer op de PAUSE knop om te PUREE functie weer te starten. Mix ge-
durende 20 seconden, totdat alles zacht is. Niet te lang mixen!
6. Giet de mix van roomkaas in de bakvorm. Verdeel de bessen over de deegmasse.
Laat aan de rand 1 cm vrij. Zet de bakvorm op een bakblik en schuif deze in de
oven. Dan 1¼ tot 1½ uur bakken totdat deze in het midden vast is. Zet de oven
uit. Laat de cheesecake, met de ovendeur een beetje open, ongeveer 2 uur in
de oven staan, totdat deze compleet afgekoeld is (dit voorkomt scheuren).
Daarna in de koelkast zetten.
