SETTING THE AMOUNT OF COFFEE POWDER
RESP. GRIND TIME
You can adjust the preset grind time values with the GRIND AMOUNT controller to
expel more or less ground coffee powder.
Increasing the amount of coffee powder
To increase the amount of coffee powder, turn the GRIND AMOUNT controller to
the right. The set grind time increases at intervals of 0,2 seconds.

Decreasing the amount of coffee powder
To decrease the amount of coffee powder, turn the GRIND AMOUNT controller to
the left. The set grind time decreases at intervals of 0,2 seconds.

RESTORING DEFAULT SETTINGS
To restore the default settings for coffee powder amounts and grind time, press and
hold the SHOTS / CUPS button until a long beep sound can be heard. Then, release
the button. The default settings are restored.

PROGRAMMING FUNCTION
Once you have entered the desired grind time with the GRIND AMOUNT controller,
you can save it together with the most recently entered number of shots/cups. To
do that, press and hold the PROGRAM button for a short time. The coffee grinder
beeps two times to confirm the programming. The grind time is only saved in com-
bination with the set number of shots and the brewing method range (ESPRESSO,
PERCOLATOR, FILTER or PLUNGER), all other possible shots/cups are not affected.

Note: Saving the grind time is only relevant for the additionally set number of shots/
cups and brewing method. Saving has no influence on all other shots/cups.
