– Duw de kop onder het melkoppervlak, de melk moet blijven draaien. Als de
melkkan te heet wordt om aan te raken, dan heeft de melk de juiste temperatuur
van ongeveer 60–65 °C bereikt.
– Als de melk is verwarmd en opgeschuimd, draai dan de keuzeregelaar weer terug
in de middelste stand-by stand en verwijder de melkkan.
– Tip de melkkan zacht tegen het werkblad aan om eventuele luchtbellen te ver-
wijderen en beweeg de melkkan lichtjes heen en weer zodat de consistentie
gelijkmatig wordt.
– Giet de opgeschuimde melk direct op de espresso.
– Draai de keuzeregelaar nog een keer naar de
ã
stand en laat stoom op het roos-
ter van de lekbak vrijkomen, zodat de resten uit de stoompijp worden gespoeld.
Veeg de stoompijp schoon met een vochtige doek.
OPMERKING:
Als de espressomachine damp produ ceert, kunt u de pomp horen. Dit is normaal en
betekent dat de Italiaanse pomp van 15 bar in werking is.
Als u de stoomfunctie 5 minuten ononderbroken gebruikt, dan schakelt de ma-
chine de stoomfunctie automatisch uit. De controleverlichting STEAM / HOT WATER
(L) begint te knipperen. Draait u in dit geval de keuzeregelaar naar de middelste
stand-by positie.
HEET WATER FUNCTIE
Als u heet water wilt gebruiken om uw espresso te verdunnen, om thee, andere
warme dranken of kant-en-klaar soep klaar te maken, of om koppen, de filterhou-
der of de filter te verwarmen, dan kunt u de keuzeregelaar in de
stand draaien.
Als u de toevoer van heet water wilt stoppen, draai dan de keuzeregelaar weer terug
in de middelste stand-by stand.

  • While making coffee, the machine (pump) stopped. It sounded like decompression, pffff......
