– Als de controleverlichting (L) opgelicht blijft, dan kunt u de melk met de stoompijp
gaan opschuimen.
– Voordat u de stoompijp in de melk doet, draait u de keuzeregelaar eerst kort terug
naar de middelste stand-by stand. Hierdoor voorkomt u dat de melk uit de kan
spuit.
– Doe nu de stoompijp in de melk en draai de keuzeregelaar terug in de stand
ã

– De kop van de stoompijp moet zich ongeveer 1–2 cm onder het melkoppervlak
bevinden, dichtbij de wand van de kan en in een 3-uur-stand.
– Houdt de kop van de stoompijp net zolang direct onder het melkoppervlak, tot
de melk met de wijzers van de klok meedraaien, zoals een draaikolk.
– Zodra de melk draait, kunt u de melkkan wat naar beneden halen, zodat de kop
zich alleen op het oppervlak van de melk bevindt en lucht de melk inblaast. Blijf
bij het melkoppervlak en duw de kop telkens weer iets in de melk, zodat de melk
blijft draaien.
– Houdt de kop op of net iets onder het melkoppervlak, de melk moet telkens weer
gaan draaien. Ga zoals hierboven beschreven te werk, totdat de melk voldoende
in volume is toegenomen.
