• Ingrédients

1 citron, coupé en deux

400 g de pois chiches en conserve, lavés et égouttés

2 gousses d’ail, coupé en deux

2 cs tahini (pâte de sésame)

1 cs d’eau chaude

1 cc de cumin en poudre

sel et poivre noir du moulin pour assaisonner

Pour servir:

huile d’olive extra vierge

piment en poudre doux

pain turc

• Préparation

1. Utilisez le presse-citron pour extraire le jus du citron directement dans le bol mi-

xeur.

2. Placez les pois chiches, l’ail, l’eau, la tahini et le cumin dans le bol mixeur. Pla-

cez le couvercle avec le gobelet gradué sur le bol et fermez-le.

3. Sélectionnez la vitesse BLEND / 3 et mixez jusqu’à obtention d’une consistance

lisse. Décollez éventuellement les ingrédients des parois du bol avec une spatule

en plastique quand l’appareil est éteint et débranché. Assaisonnez l’houmous se-

lon votre goût.

4. Versez la préparation dans un saladier. Parsemez avec quelques gouttes d’huile

d’olive et saupoudrez de piment en poudre. Servez avec du pain turc.

• Conseil

Si l’houmous est trop épais pour être mixé, ajoutez un peu d’eau.
