GATEAU AU FROMAGE BLANC ET AUX FRAMBOISES
Pour 8 personnes
Ingrédients
250 g de biscuits à la cuiller
125 g de beurre doux fondu
200 ml de crème liquide à température ambiante
150 g de sucre
1 cc dextrait de vanille
3 œufs
500 g de fromage blanc à température ambiante, coupé aux dés
125 g (1 cup) framboises, fraîches ou congélees
Préparation
1. Préchauffez le four à 160 °C sans chaleur tournante. Placez un papier sulfurisé
dans un moule à manqué de 20 cm de diamètre.
2. Placez la moitié des biscuits à la cuiller dans le bol mixeur. Placez le couvercle avec
le gobelet gradué sur le bol et fermez-le. Sélectionnez le programme PULSE et
mixez les biscuits pour les réduire en miettes. Placez-les dans un saladier, pro-
cédez avec le reste des biscuits de la même manière.
3. Ajoutez le beurre fondu aux biscuits et mélangez bien. Mettez la préparation dans
le moule à manqué et répartissez-la bien sur le fond et les côtés du moule en
appuyant bien à l’aide d’un verre. Placez le moule pendant 10 minutes dans le
réfrigérateur.
4. Entretemps mettez la crème liquide, le sucre, la vanille et les œufs dans le bol
mixeur. Placez le couvercle avec le gobelet gradué sur le bol et fermez-le. Sé-
lectionnez la vitesse LIQUIFY / 4 et mixez pendant 30 secondes.
5. Ajoutez la moitié du fromage blanc. Replacez le couvercle avec le gobelet gra-
dué sur le bol et fermez-le. Mixez pendant 30 secondes (vitesse LIQUIFY / 4) jus-
qu’à obtention d’une consistance homogène.
