RECEPTEN
RISOTTO MET PADDESTOELEN
Voor 4 – 6 porties
Ingrediënten
2 eetlepels olie
30 g boter
6 tot 8 sjalotten, fijn gehakt
400 g diverse paddenstoelen, in schijven gesneden
350 g arborio of carnaroli rijst
1/2 cup droge witte wijn
6 cups hete kippen- of groentebouillon
1/2 cup geraspte Parmezaanse of Pecorino kaas
1 eetlepel verse salie, gehakt
zout en vers gemalen zwarte peper
Bereiding
SAUTÉ/SEAR instelling
1. Druk op de SAUTÉ/SEAR knop en dan op de START/CANCEL knop. Verwarm met
de deksel gesloten de uitneembare kookpan gedurende 3 minuten.
2. Verwijder de deksel, doe de olie en de helft van de boter in de kookpan en ver-
hit dit gedurende 1 minuut of totdat de boter gesmolten is.
3. Voeg de sjalotten toe, sluit de deksel en fruit de sjalotten in 3 – 4 minuten of
totdat ze zacht zijn terwijl u tussendoor roert.
4. Voeg de paddenstoelen toe, sluit het apparaat en bak deze gedurende 3 minu-
ten, totdat de paddenstoelen zacht zijn.
5. Voeg nu de rijst toe en meng alles goed. Zet de deksel weer op het apparaat en
bak de rijst gedurende 2 – 3 minuten. Roer regelmatig.
6. Voeg nu de wijn toe, sluit de pan niet en laat alles 2 – 3 minuten koken, totdat
de rijst de wijn geabsorbeerd heeft.
