RECEPTEN
KIP MET ROZEMARIJN, CITROEN EN KNOFLOOK
Voor 4 – 6 porties
Ingrediënten
1 eetlepel olijfolie
2 kg kipstukken, zonder vel
1 ui, gehakt
3 teentjes knoflook, in schijven gesneden
1 theelepel vers geraspte citroenschil
1 theelepel fijngehakte, zwarte peper
1 eetlepel verse fijngehakte rozemarijn
1/2 cup witte wijn
1/2 cup kippenbouillon
2 eetlepels citroensap
zout en vers gemalen zwarte peper
Bereiding
1. Druk op de SAUTÉ/SEAR knop en dan op de START/CANCEL knop. Verwarm met
de deksel gesloten de uitneembare kookpan gedurende 3 minuten.
2. Verwijder de deksel, voeg de olie toe en verwarm deze 1 minuut.
3. Voeg de kipstukken in kleine hoeveelheden toe en bak ze tot ze licht gebruind
zijn. Haal ze er dan weer uit en leg ze aan de kant.
4. Voeg de ui, de knoflook, de citroenschil, de peper en de rozemarijn toe. Sluit de
deksel weer en laat het fruiten. Roer regelmatig, totdat de stukjes ui zacht zijn.
5. Voeg de wijn toe en kook gedurende 2 – 3 minuten, totdat de alcohol verdampt
is. Dan de bouillon en de citroensap toevoegen, de kipstukjes weer toevoegen
en het geheel goed roeren.
6. Sluit de deksel weer en druk op de SLOW COOK HIGH knop en laat het eten ge-
durende 3 – 4 uur doorkoken. Activeer het kookproces door de START/CANCEL
knop in te drukken.
7. Breng het voor het serveren met peper en zout op smaal en serveer het heet.
Als bijgerechten raden wij gebakken aardappels, pompoen of gestoomde sper-
ziebonen aan.
