actual, el déficit de calorías recomendado puede cumplirse a través de la actividad o la alimentación. No

tienes que cumplir ambos como cuando pierdes peso.

AJUSTAR OBJETIVO DE ACTIVIDAD DIARIO

Cuando tu objetivo es mantener tu peso actual, puedes ajustar tu objetivo de actividad diario, de forma que lo

alcances eliminando suficientes calorías para mantenerte en tu peso actual.

1. Haz clic en Ajustar objetivo de actividad diario.

2. Haz clic en Definir nuevo objetivo de objetivo de actividad.
