46 ČISTENIE A ÚDRŽBA
3 Pokial, chcete použit tuk, ktorý je už vo fritéze z predchádzajúceho
použitia, pomocou vidlicky urobte do tuku diery. Dajte pri tom pozor, aby
ste nepoškodili teleso.
4 Zatvorte veko fritezy, aby ste sa vyvarovali striekaniu a zapnite ovladac
pre regulaciu teploty (3) na 150°C, aby sa tuk pomaly rozpustil. Ak
potrebujete, možete po rozpusteni tuku zvyšit teplotu.
5 ČISTENIE A ÚDRŽBA
Z Pred rozobratím a čistením fritézy počkajte, kým olej úplne vychladne.
Fritézu odpojte od zdroja elektrickej energie.
1 Kôš, veko a nádrž môžete umývať buď vodou so saponátom, alebo v
umývačke riadu.
2 Hlavné teleso a sieťový kábel vyčistite vlhkou tkaninou.
3 Vyberte všetky časti a nezabudnite, že pred ich opätovným vrátením
musia byť úplne vysušené.
6 PRAKTICKÉ RADY
1 Pred vloženim potravín do oleja alebo tuku musi byt úplne vysušene.
2 Aby ste predišli zlepeniu zemiakov, pred fritovanim ich umyte.
3 Ak fritezu nejdete opatovne použit, je pre olej alebo tuk lepšie, ak ich
uskladnite v chladnicke alebo na chladnom mieste v pevne zatvorenych
nadobach. Najskor použite sitko, aby ste odstranili casti jedla z oleja.
4 Olej vymente ked je tmavy, zapacha alebo ked jedlo dobre nechutí. N
ikdy nepridavajte cerstvy olej do použiteho oleja alebo tuku.
5 Olej / tuk nevystavujte vysokym teplotam dlhšie, ako je potrebne.
6 Fritezu skladujte vždy so zatvorenym vekom aby ste predišli tomu, že do
oleja alebo tuku napadal prach a iné necistoty.
7 Olej alebo tuk, ktory chcete vyhodit, nevylievajte do WC ani umyvadla.
Vložte ho do uzatvorenej nadoby a vyhodte do vhodneho odpadkoveho
koša.
