Method:

1. Warm up the pure milk and white sugar. Put

the chocolate inside and wait until it gets

melted.

2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.

3. Mix all the ingredients. Then store them

inside the freezer and let it cool down to

5-10ºC

4. Switch on the ice cream maker and put

the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream

maker.

RED BEAN ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

Red bean 175 g

Pure milk 200 ml

Whipping cream 115 ml

White sugar 60 g

Important:

Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer

for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing

your ice cream mixture.

Method:

1. Mash the red bean. Mix it with pure milk and

white sugar.

2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.

3. Mix all the ingredients. Then store them

inside the freezer and let it cool down to

5-10ºC

4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients

inside the ice cream maker.

YOGHURT ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

Yoghurt 245 ml

Whipping cream 155 ml

White sugar 50 g

Strawberry juice 90 ml

 Lemonjuice 10ml

Important:
