MILK ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Pure milk 350 ml
Whipping cream 150 ml
White sugar 50 g
Important:
Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer
for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
Method:
1. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
2. Mix the pure milk, light cream and sugar.
Then store them inside the freezer and let it
cool down to 5-10ºC
3. Switch on the ice cream maker and put
the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream
maker.
BANANA ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Largeripebanana 1pc(about90g)
Pure milk 250 ml
Whipping cream 160 ml
White sugar 50 g
Important:
Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer
for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
3. Mix the mashed banana, pure milk, light
cream and white sugar. Then store them
inside the freezer and let it cool down to
5-10ºC
4. Switch on the ice cream maker and put
the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream
maker.
MANGO ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Mango 2pcs (about 200g)
Pure milk 180 ml
Whipping cream 120 ml
White sugar 50 g
Important:
Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer
for at least 10 -12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the mango.
2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
3. Mix the mashed mango, pure milk, light
cream and white sugar. Then store them
inside the freezer and let it cool down to
5-10ºC
4. Switch on the ice cream maker and put
the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream
maker.
MATCHA RAISINS ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Egg yolk 4 pcs
Pure milk 250 ml
Whipping cream 100 ml
White sugar 100 g
Matcha powder 15 g
Raisins a few pcs
Note: Matcha Japanese green tea is high
in vitamins and of great taste and is usually
sold in powder form.
Important:

for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
Method:
1. Warmed up the pure milk to 60ºC
2. Stir the egg yolk and white sugar until the
sugar gets melted. Mix it with warm milk and
then boil it. Cool it down to 5ºC
3. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
4. Mix the all the ingredients. Store them inside
the freezer and let them cool down to 5-10ºC
5. Switch on the ice cream maker and put
the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream
maker.
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries 200 g
Pure milk 190 ml
Whipping cream 120 ml
White sugar 40 g
Important:
Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer
for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the strawberries.
2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
3. Mix the mashed strawberries, pure milk, light
cream and white sugar. Store them inside
the freezer and let it cool down to 5-10ºC
4. Switch on the ice cream maker and put
the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream
maker.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Chocolate 70 g
Pure milk 270 ml
Whipping cream 170 ml
White sugar 40 g
Important:
Please keep the cooling bowl in the freezer
for at least 10 - 12 hours prior to preparing
your ice cream mixture.
