HELADO DE CHOCOLATE
Ingredientes:
Chocolate 70 g
LecheEntera 270ml
Nata montada 170 ml
Azúcarblanco 40g
Importante:
Por favor, mantenga el recipiente de
refrigeración en el congelador por lo menos
de 10 a 12 horas antes de preparar la
mezcla de helado.
Método:
1. Calentar la leche entera y el azúcar blanco.
Poner el chocolate dentro y espere hasta
que se haya derretido.
2. Revuelva la crema ligera hasta que sea
pegajoso.
3. Mezclartodoslosingredientes.A
continuación, se almacenan dentro del
congelador y deje que se enfríe a 5-10ºC
4. Enchufe de la máquina de hacer helados y
ponga la mezcla los ingredientes dentro de
la máquina de hacer helados.
HELADO DE FRIJOL ROJO
Ingredientes:
Frijol rojo 175 g
LecheEntera 200ml
Nata montada 115 ml
Azúcarblanco60g
Importante:

Método:
