10. FUNCIONES DE COCCIÓN
RESISTENCIA SUPERIOR E INFERIOR
Durante las cocciones la puerta del horno debe
permanecer cerrada.
Ideal para todo tipo de cocciones, en particular para dulces,
pescado, cacharros y platos a base de verdura. Para
garantizar una distribución uniforme del calor se aconseja
cocinar sobre una sola guía.
El precalentamiento es particularmente adecuado para
cocer dulces y pizza.
¿Cómo cocinar?
HORNO GRANDE: situar el mando selector de funciones
sobre el símbolo
y elegir una temperatura entre 50 °C y
250 °C mediante el mando del termostato.
HORNO PEQUEÑO: posicionar el mando del termostato
horno pequeño en un valor entre 50 °C y 250 °C.

RESISTENCIA GRILL
Durante la cocción al grill la puerta del horno debe
permanecer cerrada. Asar con la puerta abierta puede
provocar daños permanentes en el horno y reducir su
seguridad durante el funcionamiento.
Esta modalidad de cocción es ideal para cortes de carne
(chuletas de cerdo, salchichas, etc.) que quedan blandos y
jugosos, para tostar o dorar las guarniciones de platos listos,
preferiblemente calientes.
¿Cómo cocinar?
HORNO GRANDE: situar el mando selector de funciones
horno grande sobre el símbolo
y el mando del termostato
en la posición
. Se aconseja introducir la bandeja en la
guía más alta (1-2). Para cocciones breves y de pequeñas
cantidades, introducir la rejilla en la cuarta guía a contar
desde abajo. Para cocciones y parrilladas prolongadas
poner la parrilla en la guía más baja, en función de las
dimensiones de los trozos.
HORNO PEQUEÑO: posicionar el mando termostato horno
pequeño sobre el símbolo
o (según la cantidad de
alimento a cocinar) y seleccionar la potencia mediante el
mando regulador de energía del grill variable.
Los tiempos de cocción dependen del espesor de la
carne y no de su peso.
