9.3 Mando termostato (horno pequeño)
La selección de la temperatura de cocción se efectúa girando el mando en sentido horario para
situarlo sobre el valor deseado, comprendido entre 50 ° y 250 °C. El encendido del horno se efectúa
girando el mando en el sentido horario para situarlo sobre una cualquiera de las siguientes funciones:
NINGUNA FUNCIÓN PROGRAMADA
RESISTENCIA INFERIOR: Esta función
es indicada para la precocción de masa
para tortas o para cocer la pizza. También
puede utilizarse para concluir la cocción
de budines y controlar que la masa del
fondo esté suficientemente cocida.
LÁMPARA INTERNA
(ninguna resistencia activada)
RESISTENCIA GRILL ANCHA: Para
carne a la parrilla y tostar o dorar los
alimentos.
RESISTENCIA SUP. E INF. (50 °C / 250
°C): Esta modalidad utiliza las resistencias
superiores e inferiores y es adecuada para
todo tipo de cocciones. También es
indicada para calentar platos ya
preparados.
RESISTENCIA GRILL ANCHA: Para
carne a la parrilla y tostar o dorar los
alimentos. Indicada para alimentos de
grandes dimensiones.
9.4 Mando del grill variable (horno pequeño)
Posicionar el mando termostato del horno pequeño sobre el símbolo
/ .
Girara el mando del grill variable en la dirección indicada en la figura para situarlo en la posición
requerida.
En el modelo ilustrado en la figura adyacente, el encendido y apagado del regulador
de energía será señalado mediante el encendido y apagado de la ventana que
muestra la potencia seleccionada.
9.5 Testigo termostato
El encendido del testigo señala que el horno se está calentando. El
apagado de este mismo testigo indica que ha sido alcanzada la
temperatura preseleccionada.
La intermitencia regular señala que la temperatura en el interior del
horno se mantiene constante en el nivel programado.
