Pâte à tartiner aux fruits sucrée
Ingrédients
250 g de fraises ou autres fruits (frais ou congelés)
1 paquet (env. 125 g) de sucre gélifi ant sans cuisson
1 zeste de jus de citron
1 pincée de marc d’une gousse de vanille

1) Laver et nettoyer les fraises, en retirant la queue verte. Bien laisser égout-
ter sur un tamis, afi n que l’eau superfl ue puisse s’écouler et que la pâte à
tartiner ne devienne pas trop liquide. Couper les fraises de grande taille en
petits morceaux.
2) Peser 250 g de fraises et les mettre dans un bol mélangeur adapté.
3) Y ajouter un zeste de jus de citron.
4) En cas de besoin, racler l’équivalent d’une gousse de vanille et l’ajouter.
5) Ajouter le contenu du paquet de sucre gélifi ant sans cuisson et soigneuse-
ment mélanger à l’aide du mixeur plongeant 5 pendant 45 à 60 secondes.
S’il devait encore y avoir de plus gros morceaux, laisser reposer le tout
pendant 1 minute, puis à nouveau réduire en purée pendant 60 secondes.
6) Déguster sans attendre ou verser la pâte de fruits dans un verre avec un
couvercle à visser et bien refermer.
