Koolrabisoep
400 g raapkool
1/2 ui
300 ml groentebouillon
200 g room
zout, peper
1) Schil de koolrabi en snijd deze in kleine
stukjes.
2) Pel de uien en snij ze klein.
3) Doe alle ingrediënten, behalve de room, in de
mengkom 3.
4) Sluit het deksel 2.
5) Start het SOUP (SMOOTH)-programma.
6) Open na het programma-einde het deksel 2
en voeg de room toe.
7) Druk kort op de toets PULSE t om de ingredi-
enten te mengen.
8) Breng de soep op smaak met specerijen.
Appelmoes
4 appels
(ook andere vruchten, bijv. peren, zijn mogelijk)
water
eventueel een beetje suiker
1) Schil en ontpit de vruchten. Snijd de vruchten
in kleine stukjes.
2) Doe de vruchten en, indien gewenst, de suiker
in het apparaat.
3) Doe water tot aan de markering MINIMUM in
de mengkom 3.
4) Sluit het deksel 2.
5) Start het SOUP (CHUNKY)-programma.
Wortelmoes
4 - 5 grote wortelen
eventueel 2 aardappelen
water
1) Rasp de wortelen. Snijd de wortelen in kleine
stukjes.
2) Doe de wortelen in het apparaat.
3) Breng water tot aan de markering MINIMUM
in de mengkom 3.

► Als uw kind reeds gewend is aan wortelmoes,
k
unt u de geschilde en fi jngemalen aardap-
pelen toevoegen aan de wortelen!
4) Sluit het deksel 2.
5) Start het SOUP (CHUNKY)-programma.
Aardbei-milkshake
100 g aardbeien
100 g consumptie-ijs (aardbeien of vanille)
100 ml melk
1) Maak de aardbeien schoon en verwijder het
groen.
2) Doe de ingrediënten in de mengkom 3.
3) Sluit het deksel 2.
4) Start het BLEND-programma.
